Booking Deposit
To reserve your preferred date and time, you must submit a non-refundable deposit when booking. We will deduct this deposit from your total treatment cost.
Missed Appointments
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you miss your appointment without proper notice, we will charge a fee, and you may lose your deposit or a session from your course.
Consultation and Suitability Assessment
Before each treatment, we will conduct a suitability assessment during your consultation. If we believe a treatment is not in your best interest, we will decline to perform it.
Treatment Results
Results vary for non-surgical and non-invasive treatments, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Consent
You must sign a consent form before treatment, and you may withdraw your consent or stop the treatment verbally at any time.
